WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Our leading and progressive organisation Devika Mahila Mandal has been working in the field of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT since 1993.

since then we have been doing various activities for doing justiciable work ,one of which is giving free course and trainings of Montessori to women so that they can teach and be self dependent .

The benefit of this course has been given to a weaker and meek women of the society following which they have got a secured private or government job in teaching field .Besides ,they have got placement in anganwadis. Secondly, we have also got VTP number of beauty parlour course under which we have provided free beauty parlour course to women to make them self independent . Moreover, we have also worked in harmony with the policy of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Yojna and provided free fashion designing course . After gaining such skill they stitch designer clothes which is demostrated in a Fashion show organised by DMM and making of Jute bags is also encouraged here so that people throng at this desk for purchase and women can be self dependent after gaining some income.
